With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy Kelley (Kansas City, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her husband John Kelley; her parents, Warren Martin and Elizabeth "Ann" Martin; her brothers, Michael Luce and Paul Martin; her nephew Eric Martin; and her grandson Matthew "Tommy" Thomas Fetters.
She is survived by: her children, April Wilbanks, Katherine Burge and Thomas "TJ" Burge (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Avery Wilbanks, Serenity Burge and Erika Burge; her niece Rebecca Raya; and her nephew Christopher Martin.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muehlebach Funeral Care (6800 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Forest Hill & Calvary Cemetery (6901 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131).
