It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Gavin of Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carol Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carol Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Gavin and Elissa Gavin. She is survived by: her siblings, Roslyn Glynn (Casey), Suzanne Britt (Robert) and John Gavin (Charlotte). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 32 great nieces and nephews and seven great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Patrick Parish (615 Howard St, Ryan, IA 52330). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Community Hospice, or Wayside Waifs.
