He is survived by: his parents, Donald F Heath and Joni D Heath (Bunch) of Pella, IA; his siblings, Scott Heath (Ellen) of Columbia, MO, Jonathon Heath of Canton, MO, Donald Heath III of West Bend, WI and Alea Heath of Pella, IA; his grandmother Dorene Bunch of Knoxville, IA; and his girlfriend Kary Elliott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
