He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Theo, Welda Justice, Glen and Billie Gibbs; his father-in-law Frank Nold, Sr.; and his aunt Lena Justice.
He is survived by: his parents, Leon Justice and Brenda Justice; his siblings, Tamey Perryman of Excelsior Springs, Rob Justice (Paula) of Kansas City, Randy Justice (Heidi) of Claycomo and Dan Justice (Jane) of Lawson; and his wife Betty Diane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tower View Baptist Church (7301 NE 50th St, Kansas City, MO 64119). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
