We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025, at the age of 94, Bethel Clara Shuey (Kansas City, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Champ Robinett and Icel Robinett; her husband Austin E. Shuey (Gene); her daughter Barbara Faris; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn Shuey.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Shuey, Larry Shuey (Lorri), Joyce Deese (Pete) and Janis Woolridge (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Brian (Susie), Matt (Chris), Scott (Kristine), Cory (Sara), Michael (Amy), Kara (Duwayne), Bethany (James), Jonathan (Kate), Amy (Kevin), Kris (Kayla) and Brittany (Ben). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Floral Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133).
