Bertha L. Cooper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, at the age of 82, Bertha L. Cooper in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Doolin (Larry) and LaCherl Rainey (Ray); her siblings, Albert Odems, Bessie Smith (Larry) and James Odems; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Micah, Natile, Nate and Essence. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She thrived as a healthcare worker and began providing specialized care for Alzheimer's patients towards the end of her tenure.
