Barbara Shippee-Larson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2018, at the age of 91, Barbara Shippee-Larson (Kansas City, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mett and Margaret Tarr Shippee; her sisters, Joan Shippee Wagner and Helen Shippee Raven; and her husbands, Richard Gaarde and Eugene Larson.
She is survived by: her sister Jane Shippee Rhule (Bill); and her children, Pamela Gaarde Lipari (John), Kathy Piaz Yoder (Larry) and Fredric Gaarde (Gizelle). She is also survived by four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers we ask, as family, donations be made to Gordon Parks Elementary School in her memory.
