He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur C. Elkins and Nellie M. Elkins; his sisters, Gwen (Dee) and Dee Burch (Randy); his niece Jessica Pastorino (Vince); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nico and Mateo; his nephew Jake Burch (Jenifer); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Tatum and Donte.
