She was predeceased by: her children, Steven Kenneth Pearson, Charles Pearson (Chip) and Susan Lorraine Johnson; and her sister Anita Geisler (Stan Pearson). She is survived by: her son-in-law Douglas Johnson; her granddaughter Dawn Jing Johnson; her niece Cheryl Laaker (David Laaker); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Stephanie and Anabeth Laaker. She is also survived by three sisters.
Ever the hostess, Ardy continued forging relationships through the pandemic, inviting friends to what would affectionately become known as Porch Parties.
