It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Zahner (Kansas City, Missouri), who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 10, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his grandparents, James Michael Sawyer, Kelli Louise Pecor and Brian Zahner; his great-grandparents, Francis, Dawn Sawyer, Emma "Kay" Kaiser, Andrew, Mary Zahner and Robert Mendoza; his parents, Andrew Zahner and Tara Zahner; his sister Aria Louise Zahner; his grandparents, Estella Zahner, Stephan Holcomb, Gerry and Mary Myers; his great-grandparent Katherine "Nana" Mendoza; his uncle Brian David Zahner II; his aunt Tori Zahner; his cousins, Brian Zahner III, Royce Zahner, Graham Zahner and Vincent Zahner; his aunt Lizy Myers; his godmother Angela Cindrich; his great-grandaunt Deanna Kaiser; his great-granduncle William Kaiser; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Becca Konzak, Ruth Jones (Steve), Mary Zahner Bauer (Scott), Sharon Zahner Smith (Joe), Sheila Zahner Vadovicky (Paul), Angela Zahner Shipley (Tim), Nancy Fox (Daryl), Mary Schmidt (Terry), Robert Mendoza (Linda), Jose Mendoza (Cindy), Charlie Lopez (Carlita) and Bob Zahner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (1001 E 52nd St, Kansas City, MO 64110). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
