A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Passantino Bros. Funeral Home (2117 Independence Ave, Kansas City, MO 64124).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Derrick Thomas / Neil Smith Third and Long Foundation (https://www.thirdandlong.org), an organization that was especially close to his heart.
