He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Margaret Willing Sr. (Perkhiser); his wife Deborah Willing; his brother Charles Willing; and his grandson Jason Willing.
He is survived by: his sons, Walter "Will" Willing III (Jane) and Phillip Willing; his grandchildren, Meygan Nettleingham (Robert), Joseph Willing (Taylor), Eric Willing, Michael Willing and Aubri Willing; his stepgranddaughters, Rachael Glover and Jessica Jones (Israel); his great grandchildren, Trevor, Summer, Addaline, Israel, Ezra, Genesis, Zion and Dominick; and his cousins, Betty Martin and Tom Ausmus. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
