She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Head and Martha Head (Raes). She is survived by: her husband Ron Spanel; her children, Sara Spanel (Jason Carr) of Village, Robert Spanel of Overland Park and James Spanel (Raquel) of Wahpeton; her grandchildren, Zachary Osmanovic, Tyler Carr (Maddie), Wauker Spanel and Preston Spanel; and her sisters, Sylvia Roundtree (Tom) of Council Bluffs and Patti Render of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
