He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa Rains. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Dale and Mary Lou Ballew (Hyde); his wife Marie Grimes; his children, TJ Ballew (Keri), Kayle Ballew (Katie), Zion Grimes, Valerie Davis and Madison Hees; his grandchildren, Natalie, Kasen, Alex, Kyler, Oliver and Grayson; and his sister Cheryl Furlong (Eddie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
