He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Barnes; his children, Keith David Barnes of Kaiser, Missouri and Anita Sharee Barnes-Cook (Darrell) of Kaiser, Missouri; his grandchildren, Ashley Ray (Daryl), Haley Cook, Matthew Barnes and Destiny Schaumburg; and his great grandchild Zoe Barnes. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
