William Ragan Obituary
We bid farewell to William Ragan of Kahoka, Missouri, born in Keokuk, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 30, 2025 at the age of 94. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Ragan and Helen V. Ragan (Bridges); his in-laws, Clell and Mary Gutting; his grandchildren, Bo Daniel Ragan and Taylor Linn Cole; his brother Beverly "Sis" Barrows; and his nephew Gregg Barrows.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Ragan (Gutting); his children, Kim Ragan (Gina) of Peachtree City, GA, Shelly St. Clair of Holts Summit, MO. and Kerry Cole of Canton, MO.; his brothers, James "Jim" Ragan (Janet) of Ankney, IA. and Jon G. Ragan (Rose) of Jacksonville, FL.; his brother-in-law Roland "Guy" Barrows of Revere, MO.; his grandchildren, Brady Jamison, Ben Ragan (Rachel), Briana Berggren (Jon), Bailey Ragan (James), Dallas St (Adrienne), Betsy DeMois (Allen) and Ethan Cole; and also Rick Addison. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
