He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Burkhart and Helen Burkhart (Roberts); his daughter Tina; and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his children, Mike Burkhart (Mary Ann) of Kahoka, Rick Burkhart (Nancy) of LaGrange and Cynthia Burkhart of Kahoka; and his brother Jim Burkhart (Dale) of Tx. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Memorials contribution in memory of Wayne Burkhart are suggested to the Kahoka Cemetery or to the Kahoka Senior Center.
