He was predeceased by: his father Albert Azinger; and his grandparents, Francis, Wilma Azinger, James and Pauline Houghton.
He is survived by: his mother Neva Houghton Azinger of Kahoka, MO; his pet Zoey; and his sisters, Arlyn Hubbs of Tulsa, OK and Paula Azinger of Riverview, FL..
