She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dietrich and Bernice Dietrich; her husband Duane Lewis; her daughter-in-law Beth Lewis; her grandson Trey Hacker; her great grandchild Lexi Smith; and her sisters, Clarita Stoneking and Kay Prescott.

She is survived by: her children, Alan Lewis of Kahoka, Jerry Lewis of Las Vegas, NV, Mark Egley (Valerie) of Poncha Springs, CO, Daryl Egley (Deana) of Kahoka, Mitchell Lewis (Mellissa) of St. John, MO, Conda Lindell (Richard) of Kahoka, Donna Heinze (Harold) of Kahoka, Diana Hacker of Mesa, AZ, Lori Brooksbank (Jimi) of Mesa, AZ and Cora Malone (Terry) of Kahoka; her siblings, Danny Dietrich (Shirley) of Kahoka and Janice Painter of Monmouth, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Norma Hatridge (Ken) of Washington and Nelda Farthing of Arkansas. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild.
