She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilvie Rector and Maxie Rector (Joy); her former husband William F. Hines (Bill); her husband Wade Weber; her sons, Jeffrey Hines and Rick Hines; her sisters, Doris Anderson and Betty Ebeling; her nephew Bob Ebeling; and her great-nephew Grant Guarin.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristy Haskin (Dave) of Clinton, MO; her grandsons, Wyeth Hines of Peoria, AZ and Spencer Hines (Nikki) of Tampa, FL; her great grandchildren, Hannah Hines, Grant Hines and Brooklyn Hines; and her sister-in-law Jeri Grogan of Keokuk, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
