It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert L. Harper of Kahoka, Missouri, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delbert L. Harper to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford L Harper and Louise K Harper (Kirchner); his in-laws, Archie and Bertha Cochran; his brothers, Gerald and Harold Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma West (Homer), Lois Wixom (James), Bob Cochran (Dorthea) and Norma Jean Sartori (Gene).
He is survived by: his wife Twila Harper (Cochran); his children, Danny Harper (Carolyn) of Eldon, MO., Tim Harper (Melissa) of Kahoka, MO. and Holly White (Mark) of Crown Point, IN.; his grandchildren, David Harper (Kenzie), Erin Hopp (Rob), Danielle Stafford (Kirk), Grant Harper and Taylor White; his great grandchildren, Josey Hopp, Rhett Harper, Rogan Harper, Kasen Stafford, Hayes Hopp and Molly Stafford; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Harper of Kahoka, MO. and Ronald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and host of friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilson and Triplett Funeral Home (975 E Main St, Kahoka, MO 63445). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Paul United Church-Christ (323 N Washington St, Kahoka, MO 63445).
Memorial contributions in memory of Delbert Harper are suggested to Clark Co Nursing Home, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Clark County Local Cancer Fund.
