She is survived by: her daughter Bethany Duckworth of Macon; her grandchildren, Ariana Duckworth and Elias Duckworth-Butner; her great grandchild Roman McKinstry; and her nieces and nephews, Tommy, Karen Baker, Kenny Baker, Cindy Osman and Donna Hutchinson.
