She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lippert and Francis Lippert (Carlson); and her brother-in-law Dave Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Duane "Dewey" Frey; her children, Christine Frey of Bradenton, FL, Richard Frey of Davenport, IA and Charles Frey; her siblings, William Lippert (Jan) of Burlington, IA and Patricia "Pat" Johnson of Burlington, IA; and her granddaughter Carsyn Dye.
Memorial contributions in Carol's name were suggested to the First Lutheran Church in Keokuk or The Gideon International and could be sent to the Wilson and Triplett Funeral Home.
