She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Leroy and Varina Lucine Eakins (Thomas); her son Vernon Bone; and her siblings, Doyle Eakins, Donald Eakins, Ethel Maxine Ashmead and Marguerite Eakins.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Blomgren (Dick) of Kahoka, Missouri; her children, Diana Craney of Sedalia and Christopher Blomgren (April) of Kahoka, Missouri; her grandchildren, Rachael Renfrew of Des Moines, Brittany Bone of Des Moines, Bridgette Graham (Craig) of Independence, Kaitlin Curran (Don) of Windsor, Evan and William Blomgren of Kahoka, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Clayton Renfrew of Des Moines, Hadleigh Brewer of Bloomfield and James Curran of Windsor, Missouri; and her sisters, Erma Edge of Kirksville and Karon Groseclose of Lancaster, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
Burial will be at a later date as the body has been donated to science as per Beverly's wishes.
