He is survived by: his parent Maxine Burkhart (Macy); his spouse Nancy Irene Fenix; his children, Michael Burkhart (Shani) and Christina Cruzan (Darren); his sisters, Sharon Boyle (Tom) and Betty Winstone (Mel); his grandchildren, Jason Burkhart (Lauren), Chris Burkhart (Lisa), Meghan Sims (Ethan), Shane Burkhart, Hannah Cruzan and Madison Cruzan; his great grandchildren, Cora, Anna, Eli, Alex, Maya, Audrey and Ben; his sister-in-law Carolene Lilly-Weiss; and also, Springfield, Stafford and Riverton. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
