He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl James and Mary Ruth Wise (Beaird); his wife Carolyn Wise; his brother Dale Wise (Carol) of Kingston, Oklahoma; his children, Gayla White (Rick) of Bentonville, Arkansas, William E. Wise, Jr. (Rhonda) of Colcord and Robert E. Wise (Regina) of Carl Junction, Missouri; and his stepdaughters, Amy Williams (Todd) of Reeds and Melissa King of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
