He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Steven (Angela), Cindy (Brandon), Starbuck (Amy) and Scott (Hailey); and his siblings, Brad (Cindy), Tonya, Marie, Ruby Ann and Paula. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
