We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2022, at the age of 81, William R. Livingston of Joplin, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Livingston and Mary Livingston (Waring). He is survived by: his wife Carol Livingston; his sister-in-law Rita Swanson (Sam Lopp) of Joplin; and his siblings, Sally Forrest (Bill Forrest) of Eldorado, KS, Becky Livingston of Columbia, MO, Jane Fiore of Columbia, MO and Steve Livingston of Arkansas City, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
