He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Lenz of Joplin and Nicholas Lenz of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his siblings, Cassandra Spaans (Dean) of Webb City, Audra Kay Charles (Ryan) of Joplin, Rachel Resetz (Jeremy) of Tulsa and Joe Talley (Rhonda) of Seneca; and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Hunter, Remington, Ashley, Austin and Aaron.
