He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Starkey and Vera Starkey (Gmachl); his wife Norma Leeds; his children, William H. Starkey III and Laurie Alcorn; his sister JoAnn Lesinski; his grandchildren, Sheila Dickerson, Michael Alcorn and Julia Gomez; and his great grandchildren, Tristan Dickerson, Garrett Dickerson, Luciana Gomez and Lilah Gomez. He was also cherished by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the Wounded Warrior Project and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
