He is survived by: his parents, Diamonde Bogachoff and Michael Fraser; his stepparents, Donald Schneider and Lauren Fraser; his siblings, Katelynn Fraser, Isabella Schneider and Gabriel Fraser; his cousins, Demarcus Smith, Xavier Twing, Kyle Wallace, Austin Wallace, Jackson Wallace, Alisha Hageness, Jeffrey, Lazzaries, Lakeysha, Zaire, Joycie, Chris Barnard and Nicky Barnard; his aunts and uncles, Kevin (Crystal Hageness), Jessica (Danny Wallace), Nena (AJ Lovell), Toby Denman, Bernie Schneider and Anne Marie Schneider; and his grandparents, David, Sarah Fraser and Kenneth Hageness.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Children's Center of Southwest Missouri, Will's Place, or to Will's final expenses at Parker Mortuary and can be entrusted to the mortuary.
