He is survived by: his former wife Ursula McNeil Lowe (Uhr); his sons, William McNeil Jr. (Teresa) and Mark McNeil (Tiffani); his grandchildren, Wesley McNeil, Andrea Maher (Jeff), Tori McNeil, Icesus Lamb (Blake), Xollie Wilson and Derek McNeil (Shelby); his stepgrandsons, Drew McNeil (Hailey) and Trey McNeil; his stepchildren, Matthew Moran (Annette) and Marcella Moran Julius; and his stepgrandchildren, Aaron (Cheri), Elaine, Luke, Jacob, Thomas, Abby, Nathan, Justine and Sean.
