He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo W. Chambers and Leila E. Chambers (Carr); his wife Corda Elizabeth Cash; his sister Dee; and his stepsons, Danny and Mark.
He is survived by: his niece Rhonda; his granddaughters, Brandy (Jake) of Joplin and Maelee of Galena; and his great grandchildren, Bradyn and Korbin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as numerous extended family and friends.
