He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Ceselski; his daughters, Rose Mary Knaust (Greg Stoneburner), Susan Crutchfield (Randy) and Liz "Charlie" Simon (Jim); his brothers, Kenneth and Floyd Tyler; his grandchildren, Nick Simon, Kara Fields, Kylee Roe, Logan Simon, Brooke Knaust, Tyler Battershell and Colby Battershell; and his great grandchildren, Keagan Roe, Kaden Roe, Layla Parker, Landen Parker, Matthew Simon, Benjamin Simon, Bryson Battershell and Layne Battershell.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made the Joplin Humane Society.
