He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Lemuel and Ann Elizabeth Jozwik Elgin; his wife Doris Taylor; his children, Stephen (Sharon) and Patricia Morgan (Mark); his grandchildren, Krystal Frossard (Justin), Amber Ball (Austin), Stephanie Elgin and Christopher Elgin; his great grandchild Oliver Charles Frossard; and his sister Phyllis Nearn (Charlie). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
