He is survived by: his wife Cindy Howrey; his daughters, Melissa Fulton (Lance), Jennifer Diggs (Mark Logan) and Becky Liscombe (Todd); his siblings, Colleen Wood, Linda Fiscus and David Howrey (Judy); and his grandchildren, Erin Fulton, Emily Diggs, Isaac Diggs, Kaylynn Liscombe, Audrey Diggs and Grant Liscombe.
