It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Carter in Joplin, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Herbert Welch and Jo Ann Welch (Beeks); her husband Doug Carter; and her children, Tyler Bunn, Jesse Carter, Shanda Scott, Nicki Hermann and Caitlin Carter. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
