He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Powell (Hunter); his sons, Allen McCoy, Scott McCoy (Judy McCoy) of Joplin and Vance Powell (Diana Alley) of Franklin, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, David McCoy, Jennifer Livezey, Tia Alley, Brandon McCoy and Matthew McCoy.
