She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Vorhies (Dave) of Grove, Carolyn Spiva of Joplin, Michael Spiva (Judy) of Dallas and Dennis Spiva (Misty) of Dedrick, Missouri; her granddaughter Wendy Mitchell (Phillip) of Joplin; and her children, Keenan Williams, Phillip Jr., Russell Mitchell, Nicole McCree (Tony) of Grandview, John, Tatiana, Maximus, Tyson McCree, Lindsay Haley (Darrin) of Webb City, Samuel, Winnie, Audrey Jones and Daniel Haley. She is also survived by three daughters.
