She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thompson Phillips and Elizabeth Mae Phillips (Randall); her husband Ray C. Hawkins; and her brothers, James Marion Schooley and Charles Jackson Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Galbraith of Miami and Cassy Rogers (Roman) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brandon Molloy (Jackie), Patrick Billings (Courtney), Maddison Vernon (Ben), Ashley Horn (Will) and Mackenzie Stackle; her great grandchildren, Maisie Molloy, Reegin Molloy, Liam Billings, Oliver Stackle, Eleanor Stackle and Amelia Vernon; her siblings, Randall Phillips (Patti) and Betty Vavra; and her caregivers, Jasmine Wheeler, Rhonda Guthrie, Jennifer Kershaw, Helen Penn and Corrine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made out to the American Cancer Society in care of Parker Mortuary.
