He is survived by: his wife Holly Norris Hill; his parents, Brian Hill and Cherie Hill of Joplin, MO; his sister Shayla Moore (Jeff); his nieces, Ember and Lottie; his nephew Benton of Joplin, MO; his grandparents, Art and Patty Clement of Carl Junction, MO; his parents-in-law, Sheri Lee, Jeff Norris and North; his grandmother Cheryl; and his uncle Mike.
Memorial contributions may be given to "Head for The Cure" in care of the mortuary.
