He is survived by: his parent Ruth Ramona Ball Starr; his children, Kimberly Starr Souter (Brent) of Springdale and Kevin Starr (Jolene) of Shell Knob; his significant other Paula Beckham; his siblings, Zane Starr (Kimberly) of Seneca, Janice Fern Stout of Joplin, Deloris Ball of Claremore and Norma Starr of Joplin; his grandchildren, Madison Garnett (Jantzen) of Seneca, Michelle Richardson (Joe) of Seneca, Shandera Workman of Seneca, Joplin Starr of Seneca and Gus Starr of Seneca; his great grandchildren, Remmington, Maverick, Evalynn, Logan and Wade; and his friend Bob Etherton of Joplin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
