He is survived by: his significant other Angela Kienzle; his children, Kandis Elkins (Josh), B. J. Huffman (Mallory), Krista Moser (John), Taylor Allphin (Derek), Chris Heger (Franka), Casey Heger (Madison Ring), Aurora Heikkila and Oscar Kienzle; his parents, Virgil Garrett and Linda Vicens; his siblings, Shari Owens (Eddie), Andy Garrett (Michelle) and Adam Powell (Shari); and his brother-in-law Mark Kienzle. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
