She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Earl and Beryl Marie Hagebusch (Dreibelbis); her husband John Cook; and her siblings, Earl Wayne Hagebusch and Flossie Arnold.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael J. Cook (Brenda) of Carl Junction and Mitchell J. Cook (Sabrina) of Joplin; and her grandchildren, Shane Cook, Trampes Cook, Shannon Irwin, Brandee Read and Brandy Blakesley.
