With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Reece (Joplin, Missouri), born in Pittsburg, Kansas, who passed away on February 5, 2019 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sue Reece to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. Grant and Jessie Starr Grant; her former husband Charles Chirby; her son Christopher Chirby; and her sister Jane Grant Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Richard K. Reece; her children, Thomas Chirby of Long Beach, John Chirby (Penny) of Joplin, Timothy Chirby (Carol) of Bloomington, Daniel Chirby (Christy Joy) of Daly City, Bobby Reece (Lyuda) of Ocala, David Reece (Vicki) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Cindy Biggs (William) of Ocala and Cathy Reece; and her nephew David Jones (Michelle Corr) of Norman, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the local Alzheimer's Association, or St. Philips Episcopal Church care of Parker Mortuary.
