He was predeceased by: his mother Trish Bowman; and his stepfather Barry Bowman. He is survived by: his father Dennis Carey (Kareen); his children, Brandon Carey (Jordanlea), Hannah Carey (Eli Messimore) and Tasha Cole (Drake); and his grandchildren, Samuel Carey, Leila Carey, Gabriel Carey, Serenity Messimore and Aries Cole. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of extended family.
