He is survived by: his wife Carole; his stepdaughter Lindsay; his children, Kay, Emily of Joplin, MO, John and Joy; his stepdaughter Brooke of Fairland, OK; and his siblings, Cyndie, Denise, Amy, James of Varnell, GA, Felicia and Gary of Madera, CA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
