He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mae and Daisy Mae; and his brothers, Johnny, Bob, Doug and Joe.
He is survived by: his sister JoAnne Walters; and his sons, Daniel (Cristin), Sean (Andrina) and Ryan (Jennifer).
