It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Maddock (Joplin, Missouri), who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Anne Maddock (Stephens) and Ray Maddock; his children, Diana Miller Joplin (Micah), Stephanie Murray (Rhett) of Pittsburg, KS and Michael Maddock of Jacksonville, FL.; his brother Doug Cramer; his grandchildren, Aiden, Chloe, Jack, Miles and Henry; and his friends, Tony and Guy. He was also cherished by sisters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary and Chapel (3701 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mason-Woodard Chapel (3701 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Burkhart Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Joplin.
