It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Thompson of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilford Wright and Mary Wright (Mitchell); her husband Clifford Thompson; and her brothers, Virgil Wright and Ennis Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Tim E. Thompson, Amy J. Forney (Larry) of Galena, KS and Tracy Redmon (Michael); her sister Marjorie Reed (Danny) of Boring, OR; her grandchildren, Emily, Maggie Thompson, Shannon, Dee Holstrom, Eric, Ashley Holstrom, Nick, Desiree Russell, Katie Holstrom, Cody Rowland, Colton, Kimmy Redmon and Hunter Redmon; her great grandchildren, Whitney, Dalton Drager, Kayla Holstrom, Harue, Autumn Holstrom, Brett, Dakota, Emma Holstrom, Morgan Holstrom, Tristan Russell, Zachary Ward, Tanner Russell, Kaycee Rowland, Karsyn Rowland and Aiden Redmon; and her great great grandchildren, Dylan Drager, Brantlee Drager and Asher Hicks.
